Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. shopjewelsbyjules.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if shopjewelsbyjules.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of our company, subsidiaries, other people and themselves.
Shopjewelsbyjules.com values your privacy and does not share or sell any of your personal or financial information with any other companies or agencies. Payment methods are guarded and handled via our secure SSL connection.
Shopjewelsbyjules.com will provide a tracking number with all items shipped. We offer a range of shipping services from USPS, Fed-Ex and DHL. For time sensitive shipments, including 2-day shipments, orders must be received before 12:00p EST to ship out the same business day. All orders received after the cutoff will ship the following business day. Shopjewelsbyjules.com may ship orders by their carrier of choice for all free and promotional shipping rates.
Buyer must provide the shipping carrier at least 7 days after expected delivery date before items are considered missing and claims can be filed and investigated.
Warranty and Return Policy
For order problems, discrepancies, and buyer satisfaction or size issues, purchaser has 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us to authorize return or exchange of said products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items will need to be returned to:

Requests for order cancellation may be made up until the time of shipment. Beyond that point, seller may be responsible to pay shipping charges.
If you have purchased a product with a manufacture defect, please fill out the form on the "Contact Us" page to arrange a Return Authorization. Once we receive your item back, inspect it and deem it defective we will issue you a replacement. Our warranty does not cover issues arising from product damage and misuse.
If the item you are trying to return or exchange is no longer being manufactured, out-of-stock or is no longer available for sale, we reserve the right to replace the product with another product similar in functionality to the product under warranty.
